Always something

My initial call was for an oil change, but had mechanical issues as well, got told they were too busy, so I got “written in.” Tom the person in charge was great, he was diligent and efficient handling my calls all day regarding my car, and keeping me in the know. I’m thankful the big issues were taken care of, but annoyed that the car wasn’t fully serviced. Now I have to find the time to drive an hour there and make plans to kill a Day ultimately all for an for an oil change, and tire rotation.

Great Experience

Everything was quick and smooth. NO issues.

Everyone was friendly and they handled my service pretty quickly. I had a recall to be fixed and oil and filter change. The waiting area was comfortable.

Leaving for the summer but needed to have recall completedx

Received recall by mail 3 days before we were leaving for summer, and Fermans worked us in before we left for the north. Have had Jeeps for 20 years and since this dealership had been built close to us in the country they have done an excellent job to keep them running properly.

smooth and efficient

My salesman Bobby Fioretti was excellent. He was personable and down to earth. Never once pushed or pressured me as I’ve experienced at other dealers but at the same time made recommendations and gave helpful advice. He is knowledgeable and efficient. I will say that I wanted a few add-ons such as step bars and spray liner and the dealer price is honestly ridiculous so I passed. However I did get a reasonable price so I won’t complain. Overall my experience was very good and as a team everyone works well together because the process went smoothly.

Terrible and negligent

I went in for a routine oil change. MY husband mentioned there was a noise coming from from wheel area when brake was applied and asked for it to be checked. He was given the oil change and said breaks look good. NO problem, pads and everything was good. Fastforward two day....I took it in becase of the noise. I took it in again. As I sat and waited for the advisor Brian Guest, the tech came an lifted my hood. I asked why he was going under the hood and he said to top off windshield washer fluid. I told him that I was just there two days ago for my oil change and that they are supposed to do it..Well, it wasnt done...it was completely empty! So then I leave my car there so it can be checked and recieve a call later claiming I have a $1000 worth of work to do on brakes and caliper...WHAT??? I was just there 2 days ago and they said it was all good!! I have no confidence in your dealership anymore. I used to have Kevin as my advisor for many years and loved him and the service. I will not return nor will I recommend Ferman to any of my friends. I drive my children in that car daily and the fact that they overlooked such a crucial issue is negligent.

70000 Mile Service

The scheduling, updates and service were all done professionally and efficiently. Explanations of the work done were clear and understandable. The vehicle was delivered clean and in good shape.
