Fantastic purchase experience

I went in with a unique financial situation and wanted to just see if a new vehicle was feasible. I worked with David Cooper and he was utterly fantastic in working with the numbers and finding me exactly what I was looking for. Working with the finance team, I was not pressured at all to purchase any additional warranties and such. This was a very pleasant purchasing experience and would be back again the next time I need a vehicle.

Dont Buy

bought a 2018 jeep wrangler sahara unlimited jl brand new that broke down on me on the way home on I-4 the dealership had to have it towed back. Management act like oh well see maintenance... no apologies or what can we do for you?? after the vehicle lost power and almost caused a rear end collision. hey they got my check... oh well just stay away from this dealership!!! 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU / 05/25/2018

I worked with Filippo Mirabile and he was great. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable on the vehicles he is selling and was always available for my many questions through text and email. The viewing and buying process was fluid and I was provided with a free loaner while I was waiting for my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU to be shipped to the lot. I will definitely be sending my friends and family to this dealership for future car purchases.

Go elsewhere for better service

Our “brand new car was delivered and handed over to us without anyone telling us it had damage on it...a new 2018 with 120 miles. So we had to bring it back to get fixed. Dealership promised to tint the windows, so we dropped it off and guess what...dealership let’s me know halfway through the day they can’t do the job. Salesman didn’t know this after a year working there . Management not willing to deal with us. Needless to say we won’t be bringing the car here for service. Should have bought somewhere else and skipped the headaches. Will definitely spread the word in the community to watch out for these guys.

Excellent experience

After 2 years of research I finally took the plunge to buy a jeep. I found the exact one I was looking for online (as I am not a fan of walking into dealerships). I made the online inquiry and was called immediately by Ken Gilliam who was extremely friendly and helpful. I really wanted to buy it without going into dealership, lol. By he promised me he could get me out in 90 minutes 😁 I made an appointment to meet him the following week and look at the jeep. Ken and his team took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. No stress for me, yea! Thank you Ken, Lorenzo and the Lutz Ferman team.

The service staff were awesome!

I arrived 2 hours early and didn't expect to get in and out. However, they were still able to get me out before my actual appointment time.

Warranty work

Kevin was very friendly and helpful with the issues that I had with my jeep. I have recommended him to other jeep owners. His customer service is far better than I have recieved at other dealerships.
