Wonderful

My tire pressure was low and I thought I had a nail in my tire. I needed to be seen immediately. They worked me in on a busy day. I also was able to get an oil change as well.

OLD SCHOOL SALES GAMES THE WORST DEALER IN TAMPA, FL

The worst, simply the worst, one star is much too kind! Please do NOT go to this high pressure, game playing, lying, old school way of doing business, sad dealership. All I want is to stop ONE person from going here and being taken, just one and this will be worth it! First off, this Salesman calls me to respond to my inquiry and from the very beginning it was games and at first, I didn't call him on them, I just let him do his thing. So, right from the start, it was things such as "My Manager is pulling some strings from a friend and he can get you this vehicle, but you have to do it right now!" "Don't go looking anywhere else, because that will ruin this deal" Just one thing after another! So, thats fine, I was just going to look past all that, I just wanted to get the deal done. So, he kept pressuring me, you need to come in, will have everything ready! I kept asking him to give me the info. before I came in like Interest rate and basic details! HE WOULD NOT DO IT! He said "you will get that when you get here" I expressed to him that My wife is having very serious medical issues and cannot spend a great deal of time at the dealership, so things have to be ready. He said no problem, just get in here and I will have everything ready to go. Well, since I didn't have any numbers, because I was "not allowed to have that until I got there, I was not having my wife come in until I saw this. That is where things turned quick. He first got upset that my wife was not there and I told him she will be in once I find out some things. He was not happy. So, then I finally said I would have her come in but he needed to have things ready. He then changed his tone yet again and said "I can't guarantee you that she can get right in!" I said, you told me you could and he got combative! "You are being unreasonable (my wife has cancer in her back and he knew this and yet was saying these things to me) You have taken up a lot of my time and very possibly took other sales away from me!" "You will not find a better deal than this, you need to take it!" I was done, I walked out, I have never had an experience like this and I have bought probably 20 cars in my life! The Used car Sales Manager called shortly after and when I called back, he would never call me back, so guess he did what he had to do! Well, needless to say, a few days later I was able to get 2 BRAND NEW vehicles that had MUCH better terms and Bartow Ford, were simply THE BEST experience that I have had in buying a vehicle! They truly cared about my wife and were the best. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

A quick visit..

Just had a quick visit to get the master switch fixed in order for the front power windows to work. Kevin and the service department were able to expedient assess the situation, fix it and had me on the road in no time!!! Thanks!!!

Service Perform to our Dodge Caravan STX 05

Anthony Cagley was a good Service Advisor he went above and beyond, he did work with us. The service they perform to our Dodge Caravan STX 05 was great, and the time for pick up Anthony answer all our questions, we will definitely will keep going back!

Dealer who cares

Highly recommend Ferman Jeep in Lutz. Had the pleasure in working with Anthony service rep. PER Jerry Ulm Jeep whom quoted me $1100 for 30k service. Anthony advised me most of the items on the pamphlet wasn't necessary. Only thing he recommended was induction service. He was willing to charge me for unnecessary work if I insisted. Keep in mind i drove from all the way from South Tampa which is close 40 miles to this location. Highly recommend and make sure to ask for Anthony!

My advisor was great

Awesome service with a friendly staff. I called in and they booked me the same afternoon. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Definitely coming back My salesman Brad even stopped in and said hello.

Very fast and convenient!

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation at 1:30pm for a 2:20pm available service slot in their web app. They performed their inspection and notified me my front brakes needed replacement. I had all work completed and on my way home by 4:45pm. Very Happy!
