Hassle Free

Came in with a tire light/ slow tire leak. I had to arrive early because of my work and Tom greeted me and got me checked in for Brenda. My tire was covered under my roadside/ tire hazard warranty so when Brenda called me that the vehicle was done, all I had to do when I came back was sign my paperwork and I was on my way.

Sheryl Falco was a joy

I special ordered a Renegade Trailhawk, which took a while to be built in the Factory in Italy and then to ship. Sheryl kept me in the loop the whole time and when I checked in by email she always got right back to me. The finance guy got me an excellent interest rate as well. Unfortunately I do not recall his name. All in all a great car buying experience. I say this as a guy who has found previous car buying experiences much less pleasant.

Easy process

Engine malfunction light continues to come on.

They could not locate the problem, so provided a loaner ( new Dodge) for me to drive. They eventually resolved the problem in two days. Very professional and friendly staff.

Mark was super. I?m not the easiest person to work with but Mark was a real stand up salesman and pointed out the pros and cons of what I wanted. He insured that my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. The service was so good that we are now looking a purchasing a Yukon.
