Easy Booking

Booked easily and fast service once it was booked. I dropped it off ant 730 and told it would be 4 to 5 hours and by 0930 it was ready for pickup :)

Consistently an A+

I bought my Jeep brand new from Ferman in June 2011 and wouldn't think of having service performed by anyone else. Brian Guest is my service adviser and provides personalized service catered to my Jeep, my driving habits (only 40,000 miles in 7 years) and my schedule. He always has time for me and my questions and works hard to ensure all are answered and addressed.

deceptive practices used to get the sale. item (s) promised were not delivered and it was known to the sales staff that it could not be delivered. poor integrity.
