Upgrading Jeep Wrangler to 4dr

Great buying experience! Paid attention to what I wanted and got me the Best price on my tradein and the best price for the 2017 75th Anniversary Edition Wrangler 4dr. Very Happy with my experience with Ferman Auto Group. Everything was explained to me and they went out of their way to get me the best possible finance rate.

Long Wait but Awesome Customer Service

It was a very long wait but they told me it would be from the get go because of the recall I was getting done. While I was waiting, I was approached by several employees asking if I needed anything. Very great customer service. Only thing I am a little skeptical about is whether or not they performed the 27 point inspection or not. It was not on my paperwork and when I asked I was given a beat around the bush answer. I want to say they did not as it looks like I may have an oil leak but I guess we will wait to see. It was near closing time and everyone wanted to get out :) (I don't blame them) Overall, I am very happy with the customer service at this location.

Ferman CJDR is absolute excellence in parts and service!

Been doing the standard maintenance on my Wrangler JK since the day I bought it. However, my Wrangler recently passed 80K miles and I had been experiencing some unsettlingly new noises and issues in addition to those I was already familiar with - clear indications my Jeep was in need of some major service. I was reluctant to schedule an appointment, but so glad I did. I'm the kind of guy that if I'm going to have someone else service my vehicle, I want everything done in one visit. I despise the back and forth routine - of we have this part, but we don't have that part, etc. - and was hesitant they just wouldn't have the parts inventory on-hand to handle all of the work I needed done, and it was all just going to be a huge waste of free time I really didn't have available. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when Bryon, my Service Advisor, not only told me they had all the parts in stock to do the transmission, drive shaft, brakes, differential work, etc. - did I say I needed some major service? - but that Josh in Parts could also get the 35" special-order tires I wanted, and together they could have everything installed in the same visit! Yeah, they had quite a bit of work on their hands and had to keep my vehicle for a couple of days, but I would have been without it just as long, even longer, if I had tried to do even half the work myself...so it was a no-brainer! They both regularly kept me up to date by phone on overall job progress and even accommodated my later requests to check a few small things here and there I forgot to mention when dropping it off. So far, we've purchased two Jeeps and counting from Ferman CJDR and are confident they will remain our neighborhood family dealership for years to come.

Outstanding and a pleasure to do business.

My entire visit was exceptionally satisfying. John Wahnon was ready to answer any and all my questions. He insured that I saw the Jeep wanted and not one that the dealer wanted to get rid of. I would go a back again if the need arises.
