First Oil Change

My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm which is the last appointment time they schedule.. I was told there is a recall on my vehicle and they were not sure if the had the time or parts to complete it. One hour and thirty minutes later I was driving home with all work completed.

My Jeep

John was outstanding. He determined what I wanted and then proceeded to find the exact Jeep I wanted. He did not attempt to include items I did not want or need (like a sun roof). When I am ready for another car, John will be my salesman. Dave Tannenbaum

Truly attentive and willing to help

I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica about 1 year ago. Generally happy with the car, however from day 1 we had an issue where the AC will start blowing warm air intermittently. I brought the car to 4 different dealerships that were never able to reproduce or I should say never really took the effort to reproduce. Finally at Ferman they kept my car over a weekend and identified the issue. They replaced the compressor under warranty and I haven't had the issue since. I must add that their lounge is very comfortable and well stocked. It's a pleasure to go over even for an oil change.

2014 Dodge Dart gear shift problem

I was very happy with the fact I was a me to have my car towed at no expense since it was under 10 miles and also that I was able to get a loaner from the dealership which helped since I needed to continue with my daily routine and chores. My experience overall with the dealership was excellent. I am not happy that something broke on my car that seems like it should have lasted longer. I worry about my car having issues when it’s not that old and it not being covered under warranty! Plus repairs are always so expensive at dealerships!

Great Service on short notice.

I had to travel across the state for a funeral and needed to have my Jeep checked out before the trip, Ferman was able to get me in and not only checked everything but found a recall and did the repair. The personnel were extremely friendly and the service was done in a very short time.

Great service from Troy!

Troy was great! Very helpful and kept me updated. Most of the service advisors I’ve dealt with treat women like they don’t have a clue what they are talking about but, Troy treated me with great respect. He will be the only advisor I schedule with from now on!
