Quality service.

The Detail shop does an amazing job, They made my Jeep Grand Cherokee look brand new inside and out. I assume the service was completed, but no one ever really knows. My service at 60k miles was $900. Including the $150 towards the detailing.

Warranty Not Honored

Brought 09Challenger in for valve lifter Problem. Despite all major service and 50,000, 100,000 mile checkups and all recalls accomplished, lifetime power train warranty was not honored due to lack of specific checkup I was not aware of. I suspect that checkup requires a fee!!! In the end, I paid 3,300 for a repair that should have been under warranty. I found parts and labor fees to be a bit excessive as well. Tom, in the service department was outstanding. He has always been most helpful and, on this matter, went above and beyond to try to help! He is the probable only reason I would come back or recommend. I also noticed a few body trim fasteners missing and some wires not in the factory position. Would be nice, now that car is repaired and inspected, if dealer/Chrysler would reinstate warranty!

Excellent Service Team

I have been bringing my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Ferman Jeep in Lutz for servicing for almost 6 years. They are very professional and always to a great job. I highly recommend the Ferman team!

Great car, Great price, Great customer service

I had several dealers that gave me very good offers, but Mr David Cooper was the reason I bought my Challenger from Ferman. He was very professional, honest and answered all my questions. It was worth the 4 hr drive from Pembroke Pines, FL. Thank you David
