Wonderful customer service!!

Tom was the best. He made sure that we were taken care of and he answered all our concerns related to our Jeep Wrangler. We had new tires replaced and could not be happier.

Excellent customer service!

Everyone was friendly. They asked questions to make sure we were covering everything and my vehicle was done on time.while I was waiting on my ride to work, everyone greeted me and asked if I had been helped.

All Around Amazing Experience

There is nothing but positive comments I can state about Ferman- Tampa. The experience began with an online search, where the site was easy to navigate. I entered my contact information with intentions on trading in my car, and also anticipation of purchasing a new one. I received a call to schedule an appointment, and then a follow up prior to the date. When arriving, the staff was extremely helpful. Being 22- years- old and alone during this serious process was hesitant; yet, Derrick assisted me through every essential step- even with external vehicle processes, such as coverage insurance. He was honest, and offered every aspect of his expertise. Within a few hours, I was handed the keys to my dream car, to add- my very first vehicle purchase. The staff continues to be extremely kind, helpful, and demonstrates an "above and beyond" demeanor.

Minhaaj is the man!

I drove from Sarasota to Lutz to look at a car for my Daughter. I met Minhaaj Alam as soon as I got there and had his undivided attention. Very good guy. I could have gotten the same car in Orlando, but drove back to Ferman the next day and bought the car there simply because of Minhaaj.

Worth the Trip!

I live in Atlanta and my daughter wasn't looking for a Jeep Patriot. We found a great deal at Ferman. Ken Gilliam, our fabulous sales rep, was so kind with my one million phone calls and questions. He even picked us up at the airport! We bought the Jeep and couldn't be happier! We also had a great experience with Gonca who did all of the paperwork. Normally that's boring but she made it easy and interesting! Couldn't t recommend this dealership enough!! We will be back...

Got the job done!

Customers worst nightmare!

Stay far away from this place!Worst customer service in the business! They don't care about their customers or the crap cars they sell!You are just a number! Even the GM atbJeep won't stand behind the vehicles he sells!Scary & sad,these people love taking advantage of their customers
