Super experience! From the initial greeting thru the paperwork process, was fun and enjoyable. They stayed late to get us all taken care of without making us feel like it was chore. This is the 2nd time that we have purchased 2 vehicles at one time from this dealership.... and we will return to do it again! Thanks everyone at Ferman!

Literally caused physical harm

I came in to test drive a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, having been excited for the vehicle for some time and having test drive the previous year's model. David Colvin was the salesperson who arranged the appointment. During the test drive, I realized that it was not the vehicle for me. Mr. Colvin then convinced me to drive a very-slightly-used JKU (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited), Anniversary Edition, with a lift installed. The beginning of the test drive seemed to go ok, and I liked it- until fire ants swarmed out from under the mats and on the vents, and I sustained multiple fire ant bites over my feet and hands. At this time, I was driving, my wife was in the passenger seat, and Mr. Colvin and a new employee were in the back. I was furious. My hands and feet swelled up terribly, and Mr. Colvin immediately disappeared when we got back to the dealership. Eventually, the manager (Michael Patrikis) came out and spoke to us. Unlike the previous salesperson, he was knowledgable about Jeeps, their capability, and their history. He was professional and appropriate. Unfortunately, following this, I never received any followup calls or surveys to see how I was doing- this is the standard after any test drives at any other dealership I've been to- and it took me over a month to get a hold of someone at the dealership. I eventually bought a new Jeep from another dealership in the area.

Not just the car...but the people there at Ferman

Buying a used car at Ferman from across the country (California). Terry Mahoney, Internet Sales Manager, was such a great help in sorting out all the little details of the car of interest. He answered all my questions and resolved any concerns I had. This man is one of the reasons why Ferman has a great reputation. Without the man (or woman), no business would be able to sustain long. Thank you Terry for being an honest friend in the purchase of my next car! Ed

Best Service

Everyone at Ferman was willing to go above and beyond to help me get into a new car. They did exactly that, they went way beyond their reaches to make sure i was happy through the entire car buying process. It was a team effort and i appreciate everything every single one of those gentlemen did for me:)

Great car buying experience. Again.

This is my second purchase in the last five years. Once again, I found a vehicle I liked on their web page and received the discounted price at the dealer. There were no gimmicks, catches or "ah ha" moments. They were respectful of my time and expedited the process. I plan on returning again for my next purchase.

200 percent satified!

The experience with Ferman staff was great, they made me feel comfortable and welcome. Gheorghe and Lorenzo did everything they could to make the whole car buying process a pleasant one. Thank you for time and patients.

Very pleasant experience

Great Service!

David Baker was a great help in getting us into the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. My fiance and I purchased a 2016 Renegade almost 2 months ago, and our experiences with the dealership have been rather exemplary so far.

Quality care start to finish!

I came in just to inquire about Jeep Wranglers, Doug was very patient and informative. I must of looked at 20 Jeeps and several of the same one. Doug found the perfect Jeep for me! Kevin in finance was wonderful! Such a positive, inspirational person. I had a wonderful experience! My only suggestion would be to provide snacks, like popcorn, I spent several hours there and having something to snack on would have helped, I can definitely see people leaving to go get something to eat and then risking them not coming back.
