Great Experience

Purchased a 2017 Ram Laramie from Ferman. Sales associate James Lesniewicz was friendly, knowledgeable, and good to communicate with. The rest of the staff was also welcoming and easy to work with. For a fair deal go to Ferman.

Recall Service

HORRIBLE!!! This is my second visit. I came in February for regular maintenance and at the time they fixed a recall. Early April I received multiple recall notifications via mail and phone. I thought to myself another recall!? So in order to stop receiving notifications I schedule an appointment to fix the recall. When I called the Service department they said it would take a couple of days before the part would come in so I believed it was another recall. I bring myJeep in, once again it, began with a wait, they continue to have poor customer service. Then it ends up with my Jeep diid NOT require anything because it was the same recall that was fixed in February. Mind you we are in April!!! Why did I continue to receive multiple recall notifications when it was already fixed!?

Horrible experience

The worse costumer services that I never received in a dealership, unexperience sales persons, worse Internet sales service, they did not take seriously your appointment, not value your time and businesses, I will never buy from Ferman or Recommend thus dealer.

Great experience!

Second vehicle at Ferman. Always a great experience and the staff bends over backwards to be helpful. I love the new Jeep and there wasn't of that ridiculous back and fourth that you see with other dealers.

Great First Car Buying Experience!

I just purchased my first car with the Ferman Dealership and I cannot express how great of an experience it was for me. Gheorghe was a joy to work with and really took care of me every step of the way. He was personable and professional and I never felt pushed or pressured. Gheorge walked me through the process and I got to see all different kinds of cars and test drive the one I bought. I highly recommend seeing Gheorge. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Best car buying experience ever!

First off I wanted to start of by saying everyone my family encountered at Ferman was absolutely wonderful! Sal was the best salesman I've ever encountered. He was so involved in the purchase of our vehicle and went above and beyond our expectations to help us make the best deal possible. My family continues to wish him and his family the best of luck and recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Lorenzo was the nicest finance manager we have ever encountered. He made the paperwork side of the process extremely easy and did not waste anytime while we where there. He is a focused and well driven individual who should recieve more credit for the service he provides. This experience is something my family will never forget and we will always come back to this dealership when purchasing a new or a used car.

3rd RAM in 2 years .

I rack up a ton of miles every year so I go through a lot of trucks . This dealership has great customer service. Leadership has done a great job conveying what service is supposed to look like ,Cathy is top notch .
