REPAIRS TO MY CHRYSLER 200 LIMITED...

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH FERMAN CHRYSLER WAS IN JUNE 2008, AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE BY THE STAFF OF FERMAN CHRYSLER... I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH RESPECT AND ALWAYS HAD CONFIDENCE THAT I WAS TREATED FAIRLY. THE SERVICE AGENT I REQUEST, HAS ALWAYS BEEN KEVIN HOJNACKI AND I WILL ALWAYS TRUST THAT HE IS GIVING ME THE BEST ADVICE ON WHATEVER SERVICE I REQUIRE. Great Dealer

I took my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in for service. I had bought the Jeep there and I always have my vehicles serviced where they are purchased. As always the facility is clean, the staff very accommodating. Oscar was my service tech and was very helpful. I also visited the parts department and made a purchase as well as spoke with Josh about some upgrades. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall this is a great dealership.

Great Service Compared to Out-of-Town Dealership

I purchased my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at an out of town dealership and visited that dealership twice to perform routine maintenance and install after market accessories. After a terrible service experience at that dealership, I decided to stay home and give Ferman my business. My experience at Ferman was 100% better than the previous Jeep dealership and was treated to fast service in a comfortable environment. I will be returning to Ferman in the future for service on my Wrangler.

Horrible salesman and service

I went to Ferman jeep today to purchase a 2016 Jeep Wrangler unlimited and had horrible service with a very nasty and rude salesman with the most horrible attitude by the name of Kathy. First off we called to make sure they had the jeep we wanted and they stated that they did and would have it parked up front and ready for us and set an appt time for 2:00 which we had to drive two hours to get there. Upon our arrival there was no jeep waiting and then Kathy tells us they sold that particular jeep the previous day. She then leads us to believe they have another similar one and comes back to say it was sold as well. She says again they can locate us another one and with attitude wants to know why I need it so quickly and I tell her I don't need it that I want it. I'm there ready to make a purchase and she gives me the run around and taks to me like I'm a child with very hateful attitude. She never did locate a jeep and only wanted to sell me one that was way more than what I wanted. If she would have been a good salesman she could have sold a jeep today.

Used Vehicle Sales

I shopped several dealerships but came back to purchase because of David Colvin. David made this the most pleasant car purchase I have EVER had. He treated me as though I was the most important part of his day. As a single female, several other dealerships treated me as though I knew nothing and would accept whatever they told me! David, however, answered my questions directly, made sure I understood and provided information that I failed to ask in a most respectful manner. David is an OUTSTANDING salesman and I would most highly recommend him to a friend.

FERMAN jeep

I drive all the way from Clearwater because FERMAN is the best! My service advisor Mike is fantastic! Everytime I come in he greets me with a smile and candy! They treat you like family! He explains all my questions in a way that's understandable to me. Mike even introduced me to the tech that will be working with my car. Iv always been treated kindly and with respect from the service department and I feel that Mike and FERMAN are out for my best interest. I will continue to drive 50 minutes to FERMAN because of their excellent service! - Sydney

Love my new Jeep!

We found my Jeep online and drove 1.5 hours to go get it. Georghe took excellent care of us when we got there. He was very attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. He got us the best deal possible on the vehicle we wanted...and in a short amount of time! If you are looking for a new Jeep, stop in to see him...you will leave very happy!

Excel service from the Service Department!

I brought my 2015 Durango in to have a "squeaking" sound checked out. The following day I spoke to my Service Rep, Mike, and he explained that they replaced two items on my Durango. I truly thought he was speaking about another vehicle and had me confused with another customer. Mike explained that when the Tech was checking my vehicle out and he smelled anti freeze and investigated that. The Tech had to replace my water pump, in addition the alternator ,the squeaking noise issue I originally brought the vehicle in there for. From experience, I can tell you other Service Departments at other dealerships would NEVER have gone that extra mile!! Hence the reason I go to Ferman!! Ferman has never let me down!!! Thanks to Ferman entire team, they are all wonderful!!!!

Just an oil change

Just went in for an oil change. Facility is nice. Coffee is good. Took a bit longer than i expected but not that bad.
