Excellent customer service

Kevin was in charge of my service appointment. He was professional and courteous. In a world where I see excellent customer service as the exception rather than the standard, it is refreshing to experience excellent customer service. It makes you feel like your experience is personalized and not just a number. It's that little bit of effort to make every customer experience personalized that differentiates an average business from a great business!! Thank you again see you around!!

since 1997 .... as a customer I have always been treated with respect and feel appreciated, when ever I have a car problem or for service needs, they listen and always resolve the problems and I refuse to go elsewhere .....no one does any work on cars previously owned by me but Ferman Service Department .....

Great experience, even better staff. Sammy was awesome and I left with the Jeep I've wanted for my whole life!

Great Dealership/Great People

After dealing with several dealership I decided to make the drive to Ferman and check them out. They have friendly employees and are an all around great dealership. I will be back to purchase my next new vehicle for sure.

Great Operation, Great People.

After shopping for several days at other dealerships and feeling pretty frustrated, I tried Ferman. I called while they were closed and talked to a very pleasant woman who I believe was the mananger of internet sales. She set up an appointment to meet the next day with the sales manager. Frank Cooper. He was just as professional and pointed me to Product Specialist, (Gheorghe Donic). Gheorghe was great. He worked with me to find the car that I wanted, was patient throughout and generally made me feel like he cared. After the purchase, he helped me get the car to Brandon from Wesley Ch. The gentleman in the finance department, Mr. Hubble, was great to work with as well. I always feel like talking to 'the finance' guy is like getting a tooth pulled, but the pressure that you normally feel at other dealer's offices was absent. He helped me find the best interest rate and add on options that I needed. If you have a chance to buy a Jeep from Ferman, you can't go wrong with Gheorghe Donic. He will honestly get you the best deal possible. Useful Hint: He is a sucker for Elvis, so be prepared to play some on your phone to help soften him up! :)

Great as always.

This dealership and especially Brian Guest have been great to work with. Without fail my experiences have all been stellar. One really minor thing this last trip. I had a coupon for a wash and had asked for one after the tire replacement and service. If it was done, it wasn't as good as I have had in the past there. Again, a really minor hit.
