Grand Cherokee Purchase
I made an inquiry online and was quickly contacted by Jim Zabel with the information I requested. We set up an appointment for later on in the day. I immediately liked Jim as a salesperson because he was laid back and incredibly personable. He showed me only the exact vehicles I was interested in and got me taken care of with a great deal in no time. I would recommend Ferman and Jim in particular to anybody. He made the process quick, smooth and absolutely painless. This was my best experience buying a new car, which is something I usually hate to do. Thanks for everything.

New Car Purchase
My Car Purchase on a Dodge Challenger was very plesent, no pressure, all Sales staff was eager to assist me with any questions I reguarding the Vehicle. They set my Garage door opener, my "home" in the Navagation and all my raido ststions.

New Jeep Purchase
I went to Ferman to look at a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I initiated the process online and was directed to Jim Zabel who greeted me when I arrived. Jim was knowledgeable, pleasant, and not aggressive or pushy. The buying process was easy overall. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the online "Ferman Price" is for active and former military which is not obvious when you are viewing online. I believe a fair price was still presented to me but I believe that should be the online price. Its a little misleading. This is not a reflection on Jim who was excellent.

Truck buying experience
The moment I entered the lot someone was there. Not like others I have been to. I went in and saw the sales manager and he hooked me up with Derrick. I told him what I wanted and we walked outside to the lot and the truck was right there. Derrick did a wonderful job in assisting me with my purchase.

Great place to buy a Jeep
It was a real pleasure dealing with the staff at Ferman in Lutz Fl.. Mark Graves was our Product Specialist / Sales Rep and could not have done a better job explaining the details of the SUV and what we could expect of the buying experience. Steve Stewart was the Finance Manager who "did the deal" with us. He was very helpful with financing along with all the additional elements like extended warrantee and other options. The whole time we were treated like family and we found some new friends along the way.
