Ferman Exceeds Expectations

The Jeep we were looking for was not on the lot when we made our visit. Gheorghe and the team located the exact Jeep we wanted sooner than expected. The paperwork went smooth and quickly. Great buying experience.

Terry Mahoney - CLASS ACT!!!!!!

Terry really listens to what you are looking for and will do the research to get what you want. He went above and beyond my expectations and he is NOT your typical "sales" person. Best car buying experience ever

Gheorghe was waiting in the lot for us with the exact jeep trailhawk we had seen online and contacted the dealer about. He gave us a test drive and patiently showed us all the features. He is very knowledgeable about off-roading and the capabilities of this car. During the waiting times for paperwork completion he stayed with us and conversed rather than just abandoning us. We got a deal that beat all the other dealerships we had queried (none had the great selection of Cherokees that Ferman has) and also received a fair trade-in for our old vehicle. Although it was Sunday and past closing time, Gheorghe again made sure we were comfortable with the features and operation of the car. He was always polite and positive. It was a very good experience for us. I just wish there was a Ferman's in Fort Myers!

Freedom Edition Oscar Mike - wonderful experience

Great car buying experience

I couldn't believe how quickly I was in and out of the dealership the day I bought my Jeep. I called ahead to Gentleman Jim to get the paperwork started and by the time I arrived they had everything waiting on me. It was by far the most pleasurable experience in car buying I have ever been a part of. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Excellent Buying Experience

I reviewed there inventory online prior to going in person. My salesperson, Ken Gilliam, was professional and knowledgeable. He made the process quick and easy by walking me through every step of it. This was a good buying experience.

AWESOME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE

I couldn't believe how quickly that I was in and out of the dealership. I called ahead to Gentleman Jim and he prepared all my paperwork to help get me in and really fast. Everyone was very courteous and I really enjoyed the lounge area with the donuts and soda. I appreciate people that consider my time valuable and everyone I dealt with made me feel as if I was their number one priority. Thanks again and my wife loved her 40th birthday present.
