Great Service

I was recently in the market for a new vehicle & was referred to Ferman on 54. It was about 6pm when I pulled in to look into a vehicle. I have to tell you that the Gentlemen: Corvin Morris, Marc Graves & Dennis (can't remember his last name, sorry) were absolutely wonderful. I felt so bad when I realized that it was after their closing time when we finally got done yet they kept apologizing to me for taking so long. I wouldn't let them stick around any longer to detail the car before I left but they did make me promise to return on my next day off to have the car detailed so I did. Not only did they detail the car but they topped off the gas tank for my inconvenience, my inconvenience...go figure. I love my new Dodge Journey & all the guys were/are extremely sweet, polite, considerate & very helpful. I know that if I have any questions in the future I just need to make a phone call or drop by & they would help in an instant. Thanks again!!!

Best car buying experience I've ever had.

I needed to purchase a car right away as my car at the time needed major repairs. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and I was prequalifed for a car loan with my bank. I went online for several dealerships to see their inventory and prices. Every dealership I spoke with was rude, condescending and so forth even though I informed them I needed to purchase a car ASAP and I funds to purchase it. The way I was spoken to by these people you would think I was trying to sell them something. I was getting worried I wasn't going to be able to get a car right away. When I contacted Ferman on 54 they were friendly, and made an appointment for me to meet with the sales person, Dimontrall. When I went to the dealership it was clean, and my sales agent Dimontrell was there to assist me right away. I told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and he was on top of it. He showed me the car I wanted (2015 Chrysler 200 Limited) with the upgrades I wanted and the price was lower than what I said I would be willing to pay. This is my second Chrysler vehicle and when I buy my next vehicle it will be from Ferman on 54.

Repeat Customer

I just recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Ferman on 54. Each and every time they have gone above and beyond to ensure that the time spent was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Their sales staff are always top quality (special thanks to Sammy who actually made my purchase on 3/24 quite fun and enjoyable), the showrooms are clean, comfortable, stocked with coffee and drinks (important for when Finance is just a bit backed up!) I rated the service department because unfortunately one of my past purchases had me seeing Kevin in Service more than I'd probably have liked to, (in no way was any of this the dealer's fault) but their service staff is always up front, honest, and usually gets it right the first time. All in all I'd highly recommend stopping in to see these guys if you haven't already.

Great Staff and Good Experience

Great people!

Great service purchased a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler unlimited sport and they were able to help me and assist me with all my needs. Recomend them to anyone

Great experience

I recently purchased a 2015 wrangler unlimited rubicon from Ferman, the whole process was great, from beginning to end. This was by far the easiest new car purchase I have ever experienced, great price and wonderful employees. I will definitely recommend Ferman to family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle.

a bunch of lying crooks.

I wouldn't trust these people again if they were the last dealer on earth. They lied about everything. Especially Rafee in finance. The management wasn't any better. Once they have your money they don't know you anymore.

Ram 1500 purchase

My wife and I recently had a pleasant vehicle buying experience at Ferman on 54. It was a hassle free purchase with no price haggling because the price offered to us was very reasonable at the onset. Darren Lane, our sales agent, was professional and pleasant to work with. He responded to our questions, concerns and needs very quickly. Also, he very patiently presented us with various vehicle choices as we would change our mind. We are 100% satisfied with the vehicle and the support before and after the sale of our Ram 1500.

Great Dealership

I would like to say that this is a wonderful dealership. I was in the market for a new vehicle, and I searched every single Dodge Dealership from Daytona to Clearwater, from Napples to Grainsville, and German had the best deals hands down. I called the dealership in advanced to make sure they had what I was looking for/ and they prices was right online since I was going to drive over a hour just to get to the dealership. When I got there, the person I had spoke to gave me his full attention, and listen to my concerns about the types of transmissions that was offered in the model I wanted, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, specs and offerings. When it came down to financing, the dealership got a couple of offers which was higher then what I wanted in terms of Apr, so they had me go home till they could shop around the next morning since most banks had already closed. All in all a great dealership and can't be more satisfied with my new Dart SXT Ralley edition
