I bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from Ferman Chrysler Jeep two weeks ago and I love it! I worked with Corvin Morris and the process was smooth, setting up a test drive and working on the numbers prior to visiting on site with him. Always prompt and courteous both on the phone and in person Corvin was great to work with. He was also informative and thorough making sure my all of my questions were answered. I also had a great experience with David Oberne in finance as well. The dealership was very clean, and organized and looked new even though it has been open for a number of years. I plan on having my Jeep serviced there expecting I will be treated just as well by their service department. A great experience overall and a great place to buy a Jeep!

I visited four area Jeep dealers in the Bay area before going to Cypress Creek. My brother-in-law bought a new Jeep there a year ago and told me they would make me the best deal and I would love the service. He was absolutely correct. Corvin Morris was my sales person, EXCELLENT. The whole staff, Dennis, Mike, David, and others, were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The whole experience was great. I love my new ride and will be going back to Cypress Creek for service and seeing my new friends at the dealership.

I purchased a 2015 Cherokee Latitude at Ferman Wesley Chapel and what a great experience! Erik Erazo assisted us through the purchase and he was very professional. Everything went very smoothly and he took time after the purchase to show me all the 'bells and whistles' the Jeep has to offer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

This past weekend we went to Ferman CJD in Tampa Florida. Our sales person was Corvin and he did a really good job with us. He made me and my wife feel good about being there, by that I mean he made us feel welcome. He made sure we were comfortable, offered us refreshments and was willing to do just about anything he could to help us. He worked with all our needs and requests and allowed us to test drive the vehicle before we even talked about buying anything. He was a really nice guy along with his crew Marc who explained the details of the vehicle. They were jeep certified and really able to help us so we ended up purchasing a vehicle. We got a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Lerado 4X4. This was all because of there help and we really appreciate it.

Had a great overall experience at this dealer. The salesperson, Jim, was very personable and did everything he could to get us the best deal possible. We were even allowed to take the car for a few hours to make sure it was something we wanted. The facilities are great and brand new. You won't find a better price around!

I recently purchased my 3rd new Jeep from Ferman on 54. My salesman Rob was awesome, he really knows the Jeep brand. Dennis and Mike in finance gave me a great deal on my trade-in and new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I have never been able to pick out my own vehicle... I was always told what to get in the past... Marc and all the guys at German made it easy and possible for me to get just what I wanted! Awesome group of people to work with!

Worst customer experience that I've had from any company in my life. They lied about everything. They made promises about prices and then refused to follow through. Every shred of information and quote that I was given turned out to be completely untrue and was exposed once I started digging at the numbers a little. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE. Horrible people all around. I'm not sure how they sleep at night.
