After 20 years it was time for a new truck. My wife and I decided to spend a Sunday comparing trucks. We started at a different manufacturer and Ram was our second to look at. We lucked out coming into Ferman. Our salesman Ante was excellent. My needs in a truck were simple and he was able to give me options in my price range and make it work. It was the easiest experience I have had and no pressure. Tom in finance was a pleasure to deal with as well. Even other staff that were not working with us were friendly and made sure we felt at home while they detailed and did a final check on the truck to ensure it was perfect.
