Jason Croucher is awesome. He returns my calls promptly and is very attentive to detail. MIKE PATRIKAS on the other hand is the total opposite. He is the stereo typical car salesman and I have no need for or desire to deal with him.

Very good experience once a deal was agreed upon. I was able to get in and out as requested in less than one half hour due primarily to the fact that most of the paperwork had been completed and only needed signature.

This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from Ferman RAM in Lutz. Each visit has been pleasant, and the staff is wonderful. Our salesman was Gheorghe D., and he was great to work with. He was knowledgeable on the product (RAM 1500 Bighorn), and he had a genuine concern to make sure we got the right vehicle. We have no complaints on the price, we love the truck, but the best part of the experience was working with Gheorghe.
