We were ahead of scheduled drop off but were greeted...

We were ahead of scheduled drop off but were greeted nicely and worked into rotation. Since we we had another vehicle we just left the truck and went about our shopping. I was told the truck would be done by the time I came back and it was.The personnel handled everything graciously and professionally and were on our way. GOOD JOB!

Totally disappointed by the lack of knowledge of sales...

Totally disappointed by the lack of knowledge of sales team. Chrysler did offer a lifetime warranty on all their vehicles which I purchased on all my Challengers. I inquired about it since it was a great selling feature. The salesman swore up and down that there was no such thing and had been in the business for years. He didn’t just lose my business, Ferman did and I went to Jim Browne to get my Grand Cherokee. Judge this dealership for yourself...they’re not the only one in town. Good luck!

Horrible experience for the second time My fault for ever returning to these scam artist. They move numbers and prices around and try to fool you. Shopper beware !!!! lie to you and attempt to scam you

Scam artist and liars. They will change prices on you and shell game numbers to end up where they want to be not you This was my second time here and the same issue 5 years ago. Shame on me for ever stepping foot in this place again. Stay away at all cost

Absolutely amazing experience once again. This is the 3rd...

Absolutely amazing experience once again. This is the 3rd car I bought from them and I couldn’t be happier. Jason worked hard to get me the numbers I needed. He even helped me out after the deal was done. AJ was amazing in explaining everything and help us get what we wanted. Dealership is an hour away from my house and I would gladly drive it over and over to go here. Great service and amazing people!
