Cristina was very nice and didn't pressure us at all. She showed us what we wanted to see because I was there to purchase, she understood I didn't want to haggle. No back & forth which I liked. I was in and out in a few hrs. Used my own bank after she gave me the numbers through Chrysler. A GREAT & EASY experience all the way around.

I have a request. I declined a tire protection plan but now I'd like to know if Furman would be so kind as to add that to my vehicle purchase as a complimentary add on. Always receive great service! The work is always completed in a reasonable amount of time and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with everything that they do. They never try to sell me parts or service that I don't need like many other shops try to do. The waiting area is awesome as well! A++
