Cristina was very nice and didn't pressure us at all. She showed us what we wanted to see because I was there to purchase, she understood I didn't want to haggle. No back & forth which I liked. I was in and out in a few hrs. Used my own bank after she gave me the numbers through Chrysler. A GREAT & EASY experience all the way around.

Always receive great service! The work is always completed in a reasonable amount of time and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with everything that they do. They never try to sell me parts or service that I don't need like many other shops try to do. The waiting area is awesome as well! A++

very dependable service and friendly personal, I have been taking my Jeep to Ferman for some major repairs and have no complaints. Keven in the service department was on top of all the repairs being done and advised me when my Jeep was repairs were completed. Very Ver satisfied
