Smooth experience, nobody was forceful or overly aggressive.

This dealership exceeded my expectations, all of the other dealers I have worked with have always been so aggressive in trying to push and force add-ons and sales. They listened to what I needed and wanted and took care of me.

Oil Change and New Battery

Ferman Chrysler did a good job on my 2014 Chrysler 200 as to an oil change and installation of a new battery, will use them again.

Great Experience

Best sales experience of my life (so far)

So I have purchased 22 cars so far in my life. This new Dodge Ram 1500 sales experience from Ferman was truly exceptional. Great price in the exceptional range. No high pressure at all. Solid fair market trade valuation, but the kicker was the most amazing story I have heard of in my car buying experience. I needed a better tow vehicle for my new RV. Dodge says no towing for the first 500 miles, and I had camping reservations the next week. Ferman gave me a loaner truck, AT NO CHARGE to use on my camping trip. We got back on Sunday. My salesman, Jason Speed, brought the truck to my house and retrieved the loaner. I still cannot believe how far the Ferman team was willing to go to earn my business. I have been telling everyone about this experience, and the reaction is the same from everyone- unbelievable! Then they ask “ which dealer was this?” Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
