This place is awesome! Had to move on from a truck I put close to 300k miles. Deiter was great. Process was smooth and hassled free. Got a better deal than my OG dealer in my home area Iv been using for 15plus years for multiple trucks. Pretty much best experience Iv had so far purchasing a new vehicle. I love the truck and couldn’t be happier with the service from these guys.

The staff at service department are excellent. The crew are very polite, knowledgeable, they care about their customers.

Appointment for 9:00 am for a recall on the backup camera. Was told it would be finished around lunch. I asked when lunch was the answer 12:00-1:00. I received a call around 4:30 I was told the day was crazy he said they got slamed. They told me it would be ready tomorrow around lunch. The following day no call, so I called them at 4:30. They informed me they didn't receive the part in and my truck would be finished tomorrow around lunch. Day 3 they called at 10:30 am it was ready to pick up. I picked it up went home backed up in my driveway and realized it wasn't ready. Immediately returned to the Ford dealer. It took them 30 minutes to get it in and another hour to finish the job. I hope this is a one time deal. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I did. Nothing made sense.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’d rate 10 stars if they’d let me. Deiter was the best partner to work with… extremely responsive and had the whole team there on my account hustling to get things done. The entire team is super friendly, extremely helpful, with ZERO pressure! After the initial call, they all jumped into action and got me set up. I started the conversation on Tuesday, and went in the dealership on Saturday with just about everything done. My total time there was maybe an hour! And to be quite honest, half of that time was me having great conversations with Deiter, Taylor and Derek. I will ALWAYS go through this group for every vehicle I purchase from here on out.
