Randall called me and went over the vehicle and told me about the vehicle including the scratches, dents, and even drove the vehicle to let me know how it drove. The experience with the website, communication specialist, the price and salesmen were amazing! Dieter Brannon and Nick Ware took great care of us and were above par. The only problem we had was that the finance guy tried to screw us with his in house financing but we didn't buy into it and stayed with our own financing. He tried to offer us a low interest rate but the payments were not adding up so we were glad we decided to stick with our own bank.

Vernon Auto group provides a fair price and excellent customer service. For anyone purchasing a vehicle from out of state I will say the experience was very good. They were respectful of contact hours and very prompt making changes to my order. If your sales person is not available other team members will provide support to get your questions answered. They do not pressure or try and upsell anything to you. Delivery of the vehicle was also very simple and straight forward. The driver was very courteous and professional. I recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle. After having haggled vehicle prices with a typically structured dealership, a no haggle process was very welcomed.
