I purchased a used 2014 RAM truck it didn't have a back up camera (my wife likes the camera in her Jeep and wanted one in the truck too. We ordered it and the scheduled the work for Thursday morning. I was brought it up and was going to wait for the repair. At around noon they offered to take me to town if I wanted lunch. I continued to wait and around 130 they said it was going to be awhile longer and they gave me a loaner car until the repair was completed. I went to pick it up on Friday and they took the time to show me a few of the options on the truck that I was unsure of as it was 15 degrees the evening I bought the vehicle. It is a good 40 mile drive from my house to Krystal and it is well worth it as this is the second positive experience that I have had in less that 2 weeks at this dealer.

The overall experience was excellent. The trade-in was generous, there were several discounts that contributed to a lower price, and I ended up paying only a little more than I did for my 2009 vehicle. But in real terms, the price was much lower as the 2020 model has far more features than the 2009 model. The people I dealt with, Tim and Jared, explained the various options, treated me well, and made the process pleasurable. Tim took the time to explain in detail the features of the 2020 Grand Cherokee Laredo and Jared explained the various servicing options. I appreciated that they would lend me a car while they did the undercoating and paint protection. There was no pressure and I had time to make a decision. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Krystal and I have come here for serving as well. I am very happy with the dealership and I enjoyed dealing with Tim and Jared.

Elizabeth is fairly new but if she didn’t know the answer she found out promptly. She didn’t steer me wrong and got me into what I wanted for my price range. I couldn’t have done it without her working the numbers just a little to fit into my budget. Excellent sales, service and absolutely no pressure which is one major downfall with salesmen/women today. Chris at Krystal was very helpful in purchase of my pre-owed purchase. They had a very large selection of used Ram trucks. They were fast and efficient with the prep and delivery. Chris offered to help program the Bluetooth phone connection which we declined as it was about 15 degrees outside at that time. It was very easy to set up the next day in my garage. I had my eye on this for a while but was worried how it would handle in the snow. I went for a test drive in a snowstorm and this handled beautifully. After discussing with my family, I went in the next day to buy it. They gave ma a great deal and got everything ready for me within a few hours. Granted it was slow, but I’ve never bought and picked up in the same day. What an amazing experience. They also got me a better interest rate than I thought. I’ll never buy anywhere else again!!
