As you can tell from the title, this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. I contacted Krystal CJD by email and described the exact make, model and style I was interested in purchasing. Chris Connelly got back to me almost immediately and was able to locate the car I wanted...Fiat 500x, Trekking Plus, white, brown interior, with the two packages I wanted. We negotiated by email in good faith and Chris was able to close the deal with me. I even got a fair trade on my eight year old vehicle. The Fiat was ready when my husband and I arrived at the dealership, everyone was pleasant and Chris had everything ready for me.
