Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIAT

This is my first dealings with Krystal, being its my first Ram truck. Chris was freindly and helpful from the get go. Im very pleased with my first interaction with Krystal. I got a great deal on my Ram 1500 from Chris and will have no problem sending anyone thats interested in a Ram or dodge product. Cant wait tofshow freinds and family the nee truck. Thanks Krystal.

I went into this dealership based on the price online. They were below all the other local dealers. I showed up about 10 mins before closing and Chris stayed late to help me. When I returned a few days later John helped me out even though I had a very busy 2 year old with me. I like Krystal and the team there because with it being a smaller dealership you’re treated like a person, not like just another number at the other dealerships.

The process here was easy. I found the right truck and am glad I went with a Ram. Elizabeth was incredible and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would and will highly recommend this dealership to everyone

My Ram 3500 suddenly went into "LIMP MODE" I was able to nurse it to a nearby Dodge dealership for assistance. After inspection The Service Manager told me there were wires under the dashboard that were not Dodge parts and my repair would not be covered under warranty and he had no idea how long or how expensive repairs would take. He then stated they had no loaner cars and Id have to go rent a vehicle to get home. I was LIVID!!! I called Krystal from whom I purchased my truck and spoke to Andy in Service and explained my situation. Andy asked me to hand my phone to the other Service Mgr. Andy instructed him not to touch my truck and that Krystal would picking it up and brought back to their service Dept. I wish you could have seen the look on his stunned face! Next morning my truck was picked up and after inspection by Andy and his fine crew of techs they discovered the problem was NOT any wires but rather the Power Distribution Center was faulty. My truck was PROPERLY diagnosed and repaired in short order and then DELIVERED to my home nearly 100 miles away!! Andy kept me in the loop constantly and communication was fantastic. All repairs were covered under my warranty as were my car rental fees. Service of this caliber is near IMPOSSIBLE to find these days but it is certainly alive and kicking at Krystal Motors. Needless to say I will travel to Krystal to Purchase our next vehicles regardless of the distance. Customer care has made us LOYAL to them. Again THANK YOU to Andy and his fine crew!!

Tim was extremely helpful with my order and getting me the exact truck I wanted. He kept me informed of the order status and tracking throughout the process. Upon closing I was not forced to go with a bunch of extras but was provided great options for extended warranty and service. I was always comfortable. Service department was very helpful.
