I’ve giving this ratings because of the fact that I’ve been dealing only with Krystal dealerships for the past 10 years. This dealership is the only place where I bought all my jeeps in the past. I wouldn’t go elsewhere, it’s right in my hometown.I received excellent service from the service/parts/department and manager by the name of Frank especially the women in front desk as you enter the dealership. The sales rep. Tim maltbie has given me excellent service, what I like about him is that he was honest , did not push me into buying the jeep gladiator, he was very patient until I was ready to buy. He was able to work out a plan where I was able to afford the monthly payments of the vehicle.

John was very helpful and always returned my calls even when it was after hours. Communication, friendliness, and a nice welcoming atmosphere on the phone and at the dealership. They presented additional coverage and did not push to exceed our budget. Great experience and love the truck. Thanks John.
