He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle that I wanted. I had done my research prior to arriving and knew exactly what I wanted, just needed to test drive it to confirm. Brian and I took a test drive and I knew I wanted the truck. Brian worked up numbers with the finance manager on both the new truck and my trade-in and got back to me later that night. Krystal gave me a no nonsense price that was a solid deal I couldn’t pass up. Test drive on a Thursday, signed and picked up my truck on Saturday.
