Great staff to work with. They answer any questions comments or concerns. I had Chris norcross as my salesman and he was tech savvy but I had John dreps the last time and I like him as sales person. I'm not very tech savvy. I'm a basic plugs wires and distributor kind of person. It's nice knowing that someone understands the whole computer end. I definitely dont.

On the early arrival of my twin daughters, I had gone to Krystals in hopes to find a 3rd row car. The sales team did everything in their power to make sure my family was taken care of and in a safe vehicle. I feel very confident that I made the right choice. Even after I had bought the car I noticed a crack in the windshield. I gave a call to Chris Connolly and he had the issue resolved right away. I worked with John Dreps on purchasing my used Jeep. Not being from the area I was unsure what to expect. He was always very responsive and helpful in communicating via email and phone and I was pleased to meet a genuinely nice man. Jared in finance was a personable and fun to work with. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership. I love my new Jeep!

I am not one for negotiations which is a main reason I hate buying a new vehicle. I understand that car dealers are in business to make money, but I have quite a list of dealers in the area I will not return to because they aren’t up front and don’t listen to the needs of the buyer. All I want is for the sales person to be up front and honest, lay out the deal they are willing to offer and go from there. For the most part I got that at Krystal. I originally came in to look at a different vehicle, but when we came to the conclusion that it wasn’t for me, John listened to what I was looking for and was able to come up with a better option for me. There was no negotiation or haggling which I greatly appreciated.

When you walk theough the door you are feel like part of the Krystal Family. I am very happy with my new car and will be back to do more bsiness!!!!
