From start to finish, Tim Maltbie worked with me and my interest, the 2019 Dodge Durango. He knew what I wanted and took the time to make it happen. We have had four excellent Jeep purchase or lease experiences with John Dreps at Krystal Chrysler Jeep since 2014. We do not like car shopping, but John makes it a fast, efficient and pleasant process. John is so knowledgeable and cares about his clients and goes out of his way to make sure they are happy and become repeat customers. Jared Porcell in the Finance Dept and the Service Dept associates are great also. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Krystal first for the best car buying experience in the region. It is no wonder why they are #1 in the area for sales and service!

On my first visit to Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge,.and having not been there before, I was immediately impressed thanks to a kind and very nice older gentleman (who was a Vietnam Vet). I told him there were 2 used Ram trucks that I was interested in and he brought me in thr dealerahip and immediately found a sales person, Chris Norcross, who happened to be knowledgeable and courteous, and not pushy at all, which is always preferred. I test drove one of the trucks and was told the other was not available as someone already was trying to purchase it. Chris said if the deal didn't go through, he would contact me that evening, which he did. The next day I went back to the dealership to test drive the other vehicle (which was a 2016 Laramie V8). Needless to say it was love at first sight. The next day I went back to pick up my truck.

We found the car we were looking for on Carfax. Chris Connolly was extremely accommodating on the phone and when we showed up 2 days later to test drive it. Although it was a Toyota Sequoia, which was a trade-in, Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful with the options on this vehicle. He had even entered our home address on the Navigation system before we got there. He then 'paired' my wife's phone to the car and helped my wife to become familiar with all of the options. Jared, in finance, informed us of all of the warranty options but did not pressure us to buy them. Overall a very good and non pressure experience. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new car, check this dealer out before buying from someone else.

Chris was very tough to deal with, and my experience was quite unenjoyable. I would not recommend this dealership, and am not planning on coming again.

Timothy Maltbie was very good in helping me to get the best price and find me the vehicle I wanted.
