The salesman worked with us, we felt at easy , no pressure, not rushed, ready on time, an enjoyable experience. I felt comfortable with Chris Norcross , who made you feel good working with him, that he is an honest person. He credited the owner for his customer friendly way of doing business. Overall I would say the dealership gave you time to make decisions, worked to put you in the vehicle you wanted and treated you as a valued customer. I have bought many cars and I have to say this was the most enjoyable experience ever. There were none of the “old” car buying techniques employed which made this a pleasurable not stressful experience. Chris also went over the features in the vehicle with me when I picked up the vehicle. Also as a woman I was very impressed by the way I was treated, no different then any other Customer.

I dealt with Eric and Jared, and I couldn't have left the dealership any happier than I did. I drove over an hour to check out a 2018 Dodge Durango that I found on line after a little bit of research. Eric was extremely nice to deal with, and gave me all my information straight forward with no run around. I was able to test drive my vehicle, sit down with Eric and Jared and discuss my trade in, leave, and come back for my vehicle all in the same afternoon. Jared worked with me to get me everything i needed in my package with out going over my set budget for payments as well. They may be off the beaten path but they're worth every second, and mile it took to get there. Couldn't be more thankful for all they did.

I found my experience with this dealership very pleasant, I drove over 100 mile on a Saturday to look at a jeep Cherokee because it was the best deal that I had seen, I had gotten there after they had closed. but to my amazement there was still someone there, they came out and were more than happy to show me the vehicle I was looking at and even let me drive the vehicle and not feel rushed, or pressured at all. Tim was very helpful and accommodating. the whole buying experience want very smooth, and I am driving the Cherokee today. would recommend this dealership highly.
