I had a great experience with the staff at Krystal I found the truck I wanted on line and they did everything over the phone and I was able to be in and out in a timely fashion. I will definitely be dealing with them again in the future.

I expressly chose Krystal because it was on the list that
I expressly chose Krystal because it was on the list that AARP sent me. However I did not get AARP pricing that was promised. I guess they thought it was funny to trick an old lady into paying full price for a Jeep Wrangler.

We're sorry to read about your experience. We respect all our customers and it's never our intention to mislead anyone, especially regarding discounts or special pricing. We have taken the opportunity to look into this for you. We have tried to reach out to you on more than one occasion regarding the AARP pricing. There is no AARP pricing however there is an AARP rebate that can be signed up for through AARP and Truecar. When we read your review we looked into it and found that you in fact had a pending rebate. It has been applied for and we will be sending out a check as soon as the rebate has been paid. If you had just let us know there was an issue in the beginning when you took delivery we could have corrected it then. I live about an hour south of the dealership. However it was an easy to choice to do buisness with Krystal because of nicole and how hard she worked to get a deal done for me. Im in love with my jeep and will be back for another one after my lease is up!! Thank you so much nicole!!!
