We had some issues with Krystal that we voiced and they were corrected . We have purchased 3 vehicles from Krystal and if their customer service stays at its current level we will be purchasing more vehicles from this dealership. Tim Maltbie was extremely helpful and made sure we got what we needed. He was the main reason we did purchase our latest new vehicle from Krystal.
