Brandon was amazing! He made this experience smooth and easy for us - all done within two business days! His communication was very efficient, clear and timely. We had been scarred from a terrible past experience at another dealership and Brandon really took the time to make us feel taken care of. He even found us some rebates to take advantage of. He answered all our questions and checked in with us a few days after the purchase to ensure everything was working well. Jared from Finance was also great and made the paperwork effortless. Overall, it was a painless process! I can't recommend Brandon and this dealership enough.

This was the best experience ever at a dealership. Our salesman Chris was the best. We stopped in briefly during the Warrensburg big town yard sale. Our encounter with Chris was so inviting we went back a couple weeks later and purchased a jeep. He was friendly, professional and above all else genuine. We live 2 hours south but Krsytal Jeep dealership is worth the travel. Jared was also friendly and professional. He made the paper work quick and painless.
