Was told key fob would be $160 then was charged $190 + $125 for 15 minutes of labor. Don't appreciate being taken advantage of because there are no other Fiat dealers in the area.

Krystal got us in right away for our appointment.
Krystal got us in right away for our appointment. We were offered coffee and other refreshments. When our vehicle was ready, we were made to feel our business was appreciated. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them. We have been dealing with Krystal for years and have purchased several Jeeps from them. Every experience has been positive. We purchased vehicles from other dealerships where we were basically forgotten once we drove our new vehicle out of the parking lot. Krystal remembers their customers every time and that makes all the difference.

Unplanned circumstances had my Jeep Renegade in the shop for seven days. They couldn’t get a lower radiator hose any sooner. Supply Chain Issues I suppose. Otherwise things went okay.
