I love going in to get my Jeep serviced at Krystal. The service department is always friendly and helpful and the receptionist is always so kind, making sure if I need anything like water or snack while I wait, she grabs it for me. It’s such a hometown feel. I will never go to another dealer. I am a customer for life.

Love the truck but was disappointed with the problem I
Love the truck but was disappointed with the problem I had that very day being misdiagnosed. (DEF TANK). Went to a closer dealership to get problem corrected.

I am wheelchair bound ( I can still drive) and they made my car buying experience truly easy. We talked on the phone, sent info electronically and eventually met the day I picked it up. They listened to my needs and were pleasant while accommodating. I would definitely refer them to a friend.
