Tim came in on his day off to show me the Jeep I was
Tim came in on his day off to show me the Jeep I was interested in. Even though he was on his day off I did not feel hurried and he took his time listening to my concerns. We came to an agreement but I wasn’t sure when I wanted to pick up the Jeep. The next day things fell in place. I would be able to pick up the Jeep that day. I called Tim at around 9:00 and was told I could pick up the car. I was early and he saw me right away. There have been times when I’ve walked away from a new car purchase and felt that I hadn’t been fairly dealt with. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience from the Krystal dealership and would highly recommend Tim.Maltbe and the dealership.

Very pleased with my experience purchasing an extended warranty. I had originally purchased this van here. Their service department is great also. No complaints whatsoever. Jared was great. Also had repairs done. Jason explained the work that needed to be done very clearly.
