Very easy buying a vehicle from xx. Cloud Hyundai. Rene was our sales person and actually made it enjoyable. I was not looking forward to buying a vehicle, but everything went well.

I have been extremely disappointed with xx. Cloud Hyundai from the moment I purchased my used 2023 Palisade Calligraphy, and I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. I negotiated with the General Manager (Jeremiah) to have the vehicle sold as Certified Pre-Owned and was told it needed to stay for inspection after purchase. That process took 5 business days with almost no proactive communication; I had to reach out daily for updates and was never offered a courtesy vehicle. When I finally took delivery, it was obvious the vehicle had not been detailed. I accepted it only because I was promised a full detail later when it came in for a pending seatbelt recall. Weeks later I was told the recall parts were in. When I tried to pair that visit with my first oil change, I was then told those parts had been given to another vehicle and I would need to reschedule. At that visit, I asked about the promised detail. Service pushed responsibility back to sales and told me it would take 4–6 hours and they would not provide a loaner. I ended up only getting the oil changed and the audio system inspected. I scheduled a follow-up for the recall, a subwoofer replacement identified during inspection, and the promised detail, explicitly requesting a loaner. The advisor confirmed a loaner would be available the night before. I dropped my Palisade off Thursday evening and took a base Kona as a loaner for my top-trim Palisade. Friday I was told the work was done and the detail was being “arranged.” I heard nothing more until Monday, when I was informed the General Manager refused to authorize the detail I was promised at the time of sale and was told to just pick up my vehicle. I called the General Manager directly, was sent to voicemail, left a clear message, and as of now have received no response. This has been a clear pattern of poor communication, broken promises, and zero accountability between sales and service. Based on my experience, I would not trust xx. Cloud Hyundai with a major purchase or future service. If this is resolved appropriately, I will update this review to reflect it.

We bought our first Hyundia from Anthony at xx Cloud Hyundia in Jan it was such a easy process that when my husband decieded it was time to retire our Chevy Cruze with almost 200,000 miles Anthony and xx Cloud Hyundia was the first place I thought of. We love our Tuson which gets must better gas milage and with gas prices what they have been we were planning another Tuson. On the way dealer my husband mentioned thinking he mighy want something a little bigger that could tow our boat with if needed. With spending just a little more than Anthony was able to get us into a Santa Fe XRT and the bonus is we can fit our 4 granddaughters if we need to and fun part is it matchs the Tuson. They are always friendly and helpful. They sales staff are very attentive to their customers. They listened to my "wants and needs" and helped me select the right vehicle. The finance department was extremely efficient and helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly.

Don't rate anyone on a mistake; rate them on how they responded to the mistake. We had an issue on our purchase "after the fact", a misunderstanding on both sides. Kevin (the GM at St. Cloud Hyundai) listened and acted in a fair, professional and positive manner to deal with this issue in a most positive manner. We are extremely happy with our purchase (awesome 2025 IoniQ 5), our sales rep Jonathon and the way the team and Kevin, listened, understood and acted on the issue we presented. It was after the purchase and signed documents and they could have done nothing, but they truly did the "right thing".
