Brendon Braff was my sales person.

Brendon Braff was my sales person. He was extremely professional, had a very good knowledge of the Tiguan we test drove, more importantly the few things he wasn’t sure of he said so and found out when we got back. Prior to visiting I did my research and knew my budget, this led to a very good discussion on pricing and negotiating. Anyone who knows me, will know I push hard for a good deal, the entire process with the sales team was undertaken calmly, professionally and with a little humour thrown in. I would be happy to recommend this team to anyone looking for a new car.

I had originally rated this dealership as 5 stars, until I actually had a chance to figure a couple things out! 1. I specifically requested MULTIPLE times to have a certain background for my license plates. They did not do that! Instead they put in for the ugly original plates! I did not want them handling the DMV paperwork for this very reason, but they insisted they would get it correct. 2. We chose not to purchase their overly priced "lo-jack" system. However we were not informed that they were going to be removing the navigation system, and the rear camera in the process. 3. With the removal of the rear camera that they installed to begin with, they did not reinstall the exterior window open/release button that they removed when they installed the rear camera. And there again, nothing was said about it. I just happened to find an open hole when I was trying to figure out what happened to the rear camera, that was there when I test drove it. Had there of been more communication about what their "lo-jack" system was, and what it all entailed it might have made more of a difference to justify the cost of it. But to just say it is a tracking system if your vehicle is ever stolen isn't always that big of a deal to someone that lives in the country with very low crime and doesn't go to the city very often, where the chance of a theft is low. I had high hopes that this dealership was going to be different, and I really did like the 2 sales guys I worked with, they were pretty awesome for the most part.

I bought a pick up and didn’t get it for 5 weeks lied to

I bought a pick up and didn’t get it for 5 weeks lied to about it being worked on also didn’t even put 500 miles on the truck and my girlfriend was driving it and completely through a break pad and lost breaks almost crashing have pictures of the breaks pad with absolutely zero pad left straight metal to metal

It's nice to be able to make an appointment for an oil

It's nice to be able to make an appointment for an oil change. It was a long drive from Sandy, but VW Salem has always been so nice it's worth the drive

Great work done.

Great work done. Wish the teck would have fixed my fog lights. Not just said that they where fine. One still does not work. I told the service person to fix my mirror lights. Then I get a quote for 695.00. Other than Thank you. Michael Richards
