We made it appointment to bring our old car in and to look at a new truck. We looked at 2 Ford diesel trucks and test drove with the salesman. We crunched the numbers and the dealership was very happy to work with us in the trade in of our old car. We told them we needed to go home and think about it but did stress we we're buying a truck very soon. No pressure at all. We came back the next day and purchased a truck. I would really recommend Auto Concepts if your looking for a truck. From the moment we walked in the door to our final walk out of this dealer, we experienced nothing but true customer satisfaction.

Dont be fooled by their paid friends and family reviews on google, search this places name on diesel truck forums and Facebook pages for the real stories I was burned on a truck that broke down on the way home from the dealership and was told sorry about your luck as is means as is They dont service the vehicles they buy, just murder them in armorall and park them on the lot I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

This was my first truck purchase and it was very easy from start to finish. This is a different kind of truck shopping experience.....You won't believe it until you try it, but it's straightforward with no bull (just how I like to do business). You won't get the fake smile and upsell here as I have from past dealers. I found Auto Concepts to be incredibly honest and knowledgeable about there trucks, so we have gotten two diesel trucks from this dealership in a year for myself and my son. I will go back again when I need to buy another truck in the future, but have already referred a few friends.
