Lou Fusz Chevy Express Maintenance

The good news is that I will be a return customer. I asked Jim if he could replace my valve stem caps but he said he didn't have any and added they only come in the "kit."(my valve stem caps are green, which in Michigan signifies that my tires are filled with nitrogen. My previous visit, I paid to have the air purged from my tires and refilled with nitrogen at Lou Fusz. In my opinion, they should have been changed to the silver caps at that time.) My alignment was checked and I would have had it corrected, but nobody brought it to my attention. I found out about it when I went through my 27 point inspection once I got home. Lastly, the status of my tire tread went from yellow, my previous visit, to green this time, and I didn't change my tires. I rely on the experts at Lou Fusz Chevy to provide me with data I can use to make informed maintenance decisions about my beloved 2011 Silverado pickup truck.

Exceptional service

Service

It wAs great. Too much longer than expected but staff was very kind . Only complaint is that it is extremely difficult to reach people in the body shop. Always had to leAve meSsage. But everyone was soooooo kind and professional .

Smooth, no pressure sales envoronment

We came in to test drive a Chevy Cruze. The receptionist greeted us promptly and set us up with Joey. We let Joey know what car we were interested in test driving. He located the vehicle and sent us on our test drive. When we came back from the test drive Joey promptly met us and asked how it went. While we were waiting for some paperwork to be completed the receptionist came over and gave our 4 yr old paper and crayons to paper. The entire purchase process was smooth. Kevin was the finance guy. He did a good job getting us a great rate. On the car we purchased there was an issue with the reveal molding on the left rear door. Joey put in a work order for it and we were able to bring it in the the next day to have part of it fixed. It is still not quite right but we have been told we can bring it in again.

The service was prompt and service staff was very friendly. The gentleman that checked in my vehicle made me aware of the problems with my vehicle and gave me the options and was very knowledgeable

Excellent Professional Clean place of Business

As I mentioned a little earlier on another Lou Fusz Chevrolet survey....Well first of all our Sales Rep "Mark Williamson"was a Total Outstanding Guy who felt more to me as a Super Family Member than a Auto Sales Rep!..I shall always be a customer with Lou Fusz Chevrolet .."For Life"....it may take just a while but I do believe when the New Z06 Stingray arrives on your showroom ...I just may have to have a look at that Bad Boy!
