Lou Fusz Chevrolet

Was in for an oil change & tire rotation. Everything was completed fast, clean and efficiently. Only dissapointment was the car wash wasn't operating that day, but seeing it was freezing outside, it was understandable.

I submitted a request on-line for a quote on my trade-in. This was on a Sunday evening. I had an immediate contact via email - and after I responded via email as to which vehicles I was interested in, even the Sales Manager (Alexis) emailed me. I was very impressed this all occurred on a Sunday! While I have a contact at another Chevrolet dealership, Lou Fusz was very aggressive on pricing and with the subtle but frequent contacts, kept me interested and we finalized the deal. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the process, including the finance process. Everyone at Lou Fusz seemed genuinely happy to be working there and it reflected in their attitudes and smiles! Kudos to Jason Johns - he is a very nice young man and a great salesman! Car was missing badly when I arrived. I had no appointment. The service manager was able to wok me into the schedule and get the repair done in about 3hrs. The timely service was much appreciated.

The sale person was excellent however finance department incorrectly adjusted final price that I initially agreed and I had to straight it up after I realized the issue couple of days later.
