My damage was to my suspension and tire. With all of the snowstorms and bad roads, they were still able to get my car done to my satisfaction. Although there were delays due to the terrible snow, they kept me informed of the progress of my car. When I got my car back, it was like getting my car when it was first bought. Great job!

Mark was very knowledgable of the products he was selling. He provided us with his cell in case we had questions regarding the car. He saved us extra money. And did not try to sell us something out of our budget. We appreciate all of his hard work he put into finding my daughter exactly what she had wanted in her very first car.

Top notch service as always. Jim seems to be the one to greet me everytime and he is nice and proffesional. I never get talked into services I don't feel are necessary at the time. Every staff memeber there is personable and helpful. I notice the employees smiling too, which is rare to see in a car service area. I will be back for m next oil change :)

I have had experiences in the past, working with dealerships, in which I have been screwed over. I honestly walked away feeling like a got a good deal on a vehicle and it wasn't a hassle. I will be using the USAA Car buying service and dealing with this dealership again.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about what work I need to have done on my vehicle. I only had to wait about 30 minutes and that was great. The waiting room was very clean and open.

There were some difficulties getting the car repaired, but Service made sure I received a loaner car immediatly and kept me informed through the entire process. They took what could have been a bad experience and turned it into a very good one.
