Good service, Strange checkout at first service
Checkout experience was slightly confusing for first time service as the key fob rewards tag was not same as service rewards card and was not explained to me very well and was rushed.

#1 Service
It was better than I expected. I Dropped my car off for the service and did not pick it up untill the day after the service was performed. It had snowed quite a bit that night and when arrived to pick it up it was so clean and all of the snow was removed from it. It looked just like a brand new car. I am very impressed with the way they took care of me and my car. I can not get better service anywhere.

Accurate assesment of issue, great service
My wifes suburban had an intermitten issue of loosing power. I had previously taken the car to another repair shop who could not 100% confirm they new what was wrong. They recomended a fuel pump replacement and said it was a guess since the car was running fine. I did not have the fuel pump replaced. The issue occured again and I took it to the other shop who turned me away saying they could not evaluate the issue because the car was running fine. I even told them the issue was repeatable by forcing open the valve body air flow by removing the air cleaner. The Fusz team listened and noted the history of the issue and properly evaluated the issue and repair recomendation. They said the car would be ready on Monday. I let them know we were down to one car and could they complete the repairs by end of the day. Two hours later they called to let me know the car was ready. I did not expect such great service. We had purchased the car new from another dealer in another state. Fusz treated us as if we had purchased the car from them.

Emergency Service
I needed immediate service for a dead battery and I had a service appointment 90 minutes after my call. Service did a perfect job and I was safely back on the road in no time. Thank you. Lou Fusz continues to meet all of my auto needs!

Friendly staff and great service

Kenny, The service manager...Most Rude...Lies about...
Kenny, The service manager...Most Rude...Lies about everything.. Had to speak to the District rep and the zone rep about the situation. Bought A truck and the crank broke at the end of the warranty.. They have never seen one break like the one in my truck.. They said they called GM but they didn't all lies. Not only did my truck sit there on their lot but my Radiator was stolen and they don't want to replace it.. They told me not there problem... BS.... This is just the beginning. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM OR HAVE THEM DO ANY WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.... GUARANTEED TO HAVE A PROBLEM.... This Truck we bought has been in the shop more than on the road.... LOU FUSZ I promise this is not the last of the complaints....

Lou Fusz Chevrolet Express Service Center
Another SUPER experience during my visit to the Fusz Express Service Center! I was greeted by Jeff upon arrival for my service appointment. He said that they were waiting for me to arrive. It sure is nice to know that I am important to them. The Tech-Nick-pointed out a possible problem to me, which I greatly appreciated. Before long, Jeff came in and told me I was ready to go. Tammy cheerfully checked me out and I was on my way. Thanks Lou Fusz Chevrolet, you are #1 in my book.

Great Service
I had an intermitent issue with the stereo in my car (speakers would go out) that was hard to replicate. The service department did a lot of testing and analysis trying to determine the cause of the issue. Although they were unable to replicate the problem their testing allowed them to determine the most likely cause was the amp. They replaced the amp and it indeed fixed the issue. Most dealers would have done nothing if they could not replicate the problem. Lou Fusz listened to what the customer had to say. They stepped up and stayed with it until the issue was fixed. This is exactly the kind of service anyone buying a new car should want. I am one very satisfied customer.
