Samantha our service advisor is Excellent!!!! She communicates with us throughout the whole service, whether it be text or by phone call. We have had a lot of services done here at this dealership (since the dealership opened) and Samantha is who we always choose to schedule with. We appreciate her so much, she’s family to us!!!!

I was notified that the EV's battery needed to be checked and would take a day. It took 2 days. A vehicle inspection was also done and the front brakes pads needed to be replaced. That took an extra day because the dealership did not have all the parts.

Excellent experience. Reynaldo is always extremely helpful. I had arrived 20 minutes early and he still took me in right away. While there he periodically checked on me to see if I needed anything. Before leaving I had purchased a car scent cartridge and an additional scent he was kind enough to show me how to put it in and replace the scent stick. I also inquired about tire replacement pricing for future purchase.. just wanted to have an idea the range of cost. He had provided to me as well. I always ask for him every time I go here for service. He is the Best!
