Our experience was about a five hour process of trading in and buying a used car. Marvin and Anel with the Mazda section were very helpful. They were very polite and nice to me and my family. Even though we spent long hours we felt satisfied with the level of commitment and service to us as customers led by these two gentlemen.

Marvin Harvey
I never really cared for salespersons, particularly car salespersons, until I met Marvin Harvey about 3 years ago. The thought of entering into a car dealership made me cringe, as I have experienced very aggressive salespersons. Marvin was the total opposite. I was actually introduced to him by the service technician who had been servicing my car for several years. Marvin is always friendly, personable, honest and has a great sense of humor. He is very professional and strives to understand the needs of those he serves. Marvin was very patient, knowing and understanding our circumstances and that we were trying to wait until we absolutely had to buy another car. He kept in touch with us and always took time to talk when I would bring my car in for service. When it finally came time for us to purchase a vehicle, Marvin was very attentive and accommodating during the entire process. He even worked later than the dealership's closing hours by nearly an hour to ensure that the deal was done and that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Mr. Harvey to any of my friends and associates who are seeking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Great Dealership!
I was looking to replace my Camry that I gave my daughter when her car died. I didn't have any money for a down payment. Marvin was great for my sales experience and Cleo was the Best! He worked the financing so that I didn't need to put down anything for the Corolla I wanted. Working with Marvin was a pleasure. The car buying process is nothing something one can be excited about. Marvin mad it effortless. He was low pressure and patient taking me out to see all the cars on the lot even when I wasn't sure what I wanted or if I even wanted to buy. I would recommend working with Marvin to anyone.

When I walked into the waiting room, I had second thoughts, But once the sales guy came in, Mr.Marvin Harvey, he really greated me and made me feel so warm. I would recommed Rick Case to all my friends.
