Autohaus BMW is the best! Best in everything. I love their beautiful new showroom. I purchased my first BMW at another dealership and I always felt less than. My Service Advisor Kyle Roland is the BEST ! The friendliest kindest person I have ever met in his position. I will always return to Autohaus BMW. Keep up the exceptional work.

Autohaus BMW is an awesome dealership! Jens (salesman) made the buying experience enjoyable. In the past, I found it hectic to buy a vehicle. The only bittersweet things is I bought 2021 Acura which means I’ll have to go to an Acura dealership for service instead of bringing my car back to Autohaus BMW. Again, best dealership around!!

When I purchased my BMW, I was told (Exact words) certification adds an additional year to the manufacturers warrantee extending it to May 2022. On March 8th I took it in for an oil change and to have the problem of false notifications to "CHECK COOLANT LEVEL" corrected. Their diagnosis verified that I have been getting these notifications, but they were unable to find the cause. My bill for this visit contained a charge of $82.50 for this service which would have been fully covered under the terms of the original warrantee. When I questioned this charge, I was told the BMW warrantee was not extended, but a service policy was in place that does not cover diagnostics if a repair is not made. So the bottom line is I was charged $82.50 because AutoHaus did nothing to correct a problem that their diagnostics proved did exist. When a vehicle is brought in for warrantee service during the certified period the owner should be advised of the possibility of additional charges and car salespersons should not tell buyers that certification extends the BNW warrantee an additional year.

Autohaus BMW has excellent service, especially Andy and Ken, They are patience with good service and explanations. I have a wonderful experience with my first BMW.

I bought my X4 from a dealership in Kentucky and had my car transported to me. When I got the car it was not detailed like one would hope. I went to Autohaus to get new floormats and simply asked if someone could help me set up my new car. Larry Handel came to greet me with a smile. He set up everything for me and showed me all the features my new can has to offer. I went there so disappointed with my car but because Larry took his time he restored me being excited about my new purchase! Thank you Larry for all you help!!

I would recommend working with the two of them any day. In addition, Heather Vivrett was efficient and knowledgeable, and she processed my paperwork very quickly, which was great since I was eager to drive my new car!
