Yet another exceptional service experience at Autohaus that began with the greeters! They are always courteous snd helpful. As my 7series neared the end of Warranty, Ethan Krysiak was able to get my car in for a check up to determine if there were items that needed my attention or warranty work that might be due. He arranged for a loaner that will likely inform my next BMW later this year. I previously never considered purchasing a 740. Friendly Staff (especially Patti Kupfer and the guy with the Ginger colored hair) The dealership is alway clean because i see them sanitize the surfaces constantly. Patti was very knowledgeable about my vehicle.

My BMW 325i was in for installation of the front passenger airbag recall. Patti Kupfer, the service rep, was very pleasant to work with. She came to the waiting area after the work had started to let me know that my airbag light was on (which I knew) but it was not related to the airbag recall and that Autohaus could schedule a diagnosis to determine the cause. I appreciated this because I had assumed the reason the light was on was related to the recall. The airbag replacement was completed promptly and I was on my way a satisfied customer.
