Purchasing my new BMW from Autohaus has been a great experience. Everyone I worked with took the time I needed to go over things so that I feel very confident in my purchase. From the beginning test drive, to picking out the options I wanted, to the financing, and going over the details of how things work on the dashboard, I never felt like they didn’t have the time to spend answering my questions or helping me. A great place to do business!

Brad was respectful of my time and fast. He listened to what I wanted and needed and he made the deal work for all of us. He never tried to sell me what I did not want. The staff was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. Even though they are not close to my home, I will drive the extra distance to use their service dept.

I was t-boned a couple of weeks ago in my X3 when a car ran a red light. My X3 (and the grace of God) saved me! Every airbag deployed and the emergency system in the car instantly called 911. I left the accident scene via ambulance with a couple broken bones and pretty banged up. Within a few days, insurance totaled my SUV. My family called Nick at Autohaus and explained what had happened and explained we wanted another X3! Within the week, Nick & Heather had our new X3, our paperwork ready, and all we needed to do was pick it up! The Autohaus team is amazing and we will forever have a BMW in our family! The X3 was a beast in the accident and we are forever grateful for its safety! The experience at Autohaus was outstanding... like calling family for help! We can’t sing their praises enough!
